Xanadu Management is a single-family office headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, with international branches in Beijing, Toronto, and Sydney. Formed from the proceeds of a global custom metal hardware enterprise operating factories across Asia and Europe, Xanadu manages multi-asset investments and long-term family initiatives worldwide.

At Xanadu Management,  we partner with aligned fiduciaries and operating experts to pursue durable, cash-flowing opportunities. Our core focus is tangible assets—primarily real estate—augmented by select positions in private credit, public markets, and targeted private equity. We also allocate to non-core exposure through alternative assets (e.g., commodities,  insurance contracts, digital currencies) and favor strategies with clear value creation, downside protection, and long-term alignment.
